If you’re looking for a perfect, creamy, tart dessert for your summer cookout, this tart lemon cream pie is not only delicious, but fast and simple, too!
Lemon Cream Pie 🥧
- 2 – 8 oz blocks of cream cheese
- 1 – 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 4 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 – 9 inch homemade or prepared graham cracker crust, or if you don’t want the extra sweetness, a baked regular pie crust works beautifully.
Combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and 2 T lemon zest in a large bowl; using a hand mixer, process until smooth. Pour into prepared pie shell, top with remaining lemon zest and chill for 2 hours… or you can put it in the freezer for 6 hours and enjoy a lightly frozen version.
This would be delicious with most citrus: lime, key lime, grapefruit, mandarins, Meyer lemon. Any way you decide to make this, enjoy!🍋
