I am so excited to be going back to New Mexico for the holidays, that I am creating all the Christmas classics in my temporary Idaho kitchen today!


I have pork stewing in roasted Hatch chilies for my green pork tamales, and I’m about to get started on Biscochito, that delicious, anise-kissed, cinnamon and sugar dusted snap of a cookie!
